Soccer Recap: Rosewood Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rosewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 9-1 to the Midway Raiders. While losing is never fun, Rosewood can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 476th, while Midway are ranked 191st).

Rosewood's loss dropped their record down to 4-11-1. As for Midway, their victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 13-6-1.

Coming up, Rosewood will challenge Wallace-Rose Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Midway, they are taking a road trip to face off against Pine Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
