Soccer Game Preview: Barlow vs. Sandy

The Barlow Bruins will venture away from home to take on the Sandy Pioneers at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, neither Barlow nor Clackamas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Sandy hasn't lost a match since September 22nd, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They came out on top against David Douglas by a score of 3-1. That two goal margin sets a new team best for Sandy this season.

The win got Sandy back to even at 4-4-3. Barlow's draw makes their record 6-3-3 this season.

Everything went Barlow's way against Sandy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Barlow made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bruins since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
