Volleyball Recap: Markesan Hornets vs. Johnson Creek Bluejays

Markesan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Johnson Creek Bluejays. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Markesan's offense was headlined by Jaci Walker and Mia Vande Berg, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Brynn Jackowski and her 12 assists.
