It's playoff time, and Centennial had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bishop Gorman Gaels on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for Centennial: when they faced off against Bishop Gorman back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Kara Argier and Evelyn Contreras scored both of Centennial's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Centennial's victory bumped their record up to 9-6-1. As for Bishop Gorman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8-3.

Looking ahead, Centennial will challenge Coronado at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Centennial's defense better be ready for this one: Coronado have averaged an impressive 2.7 goals per game this season. Bishop Gorman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
