Crosspointe Christian Academy came tearing into Monday's contest with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Bethesda Christian Patriots with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Crosspointe Christian Academy's got stronger as the match went on, holding Bethesda Christian to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-12.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Crosspointe Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alexis Baskerville, who had seven digs and five aces. Those five aces gave Baskerville a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Chloe Sharpe, who had six digs and five aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Crosspointe Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bethesda Christian only served six.

Crosspointe Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 20-3-3. As for Bethesda Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.

Crosspointe Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Tabernacle Christian on the 30th. As for Bethesda Christian, they will square off against Indianapolis Metropolitan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
