Baseball Recap: Eastern Comes Up Short

Eastern fell victim to Manchester and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 12-0 to the Greyhounds. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Eastern's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Manchester, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-4.

Eastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Manchester, they will square off against Fayetteville-Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
