Soccer Recap: Buhler Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Buhler, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the South Cougars on Thursday. Buhler were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on South, so Buhler were just returning the favor.

Buhler pushed their record up to 7-5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for South, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buhler will host Classical at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for South, they will be playing at home against Hutchinson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
