Basketball Recap: Cristo Rey Jesuit Comes Up Short

Cristo Rey Jesuit lost against Bob Hope on January 14th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cristo Rey Jesuit Lions were dealt a 45-6 loss at the hands of the Bob Hope Eagles.

Cristo Rey Jesuit's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Bob Hope, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cristo Rey Jesuit will welcome Genesis Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bob Hope, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against School of the Woods at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bob Hope's defense has only allowed 26.2 points per game this season, so School of the Woods' offense will have their work cut out for them.
