Manatee extended the longest winning streak in 8A District 7 this week by beating Sarasota, 66-7. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.

Manatee took down the Sailors 66-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Joshua Meyer threw for 84 yards and ran for 73 yards during the win.

Joe Kinnan's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Johnnie Lang contributed 164 yards. Marquel Hines helped Manatee's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 20 yards.
