Baseball Preview: Nathan Hale Rangers vs. Coweta Tigers
Nathan Hale hasn't had much luck against Coweta recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Nathan Hale Rangers will head out on the road to square off against the Coweta Tigers at 5:00 p.m.
Nathan Hale is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game dating back to last season on Monday. They came up short against Coweta, falling 16-0.
For Coweta's part, Mason Iott was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Iott was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.
In other pitching news, Hayden Warren looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
