There's no place like home for San Benito, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the La Joya Coyotes 3-0 on Tuesday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Greyhounds yet this season.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-9, 25-21.

Genesis Meza paced San Benito's offense, picking up 11 kills. Meza got some help from Jayla Delgado and her 14 assists. Annalise Rodriguez controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

San Benito's win ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 9-6. As for La Joya, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Looking ahead, San Benito will take on Rivera in a tournament on Friday. As for La Joya, they will face off against Freer at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
