Indian Land is 4-0 against Northwestern since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Indian Land Warriors will host the Northwestern Trojans at 7:45 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Saturday, Indian Land was able to grind out a solid win over Queen's Grant, taking the game 57-50. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked sixth in South Carolina, while the Stallions are ranked 67th in North Carolina), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Northwestern, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They managed a 59-54 victory over Rock Hill on Tuesday.

Indian Land better keep an eye on Jayshawn Reid. He was instrumental in Northwestern's win, going 8 of 10 on his way to 18 points and five boards. Those 18 points gave Reid a new career-high. Josh Singleton was another key player, putting up 13 points and five rebounds.

Northwestern smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in six consecutive matches.

Indian Land's win bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Northwestern, their victory bumped their record up to 5-10.

Indian Land skirted past Northwestern 53-50 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Will Indian Land repeat their success, or does Northwestern have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
