Volleyball Recap: Heritage Classical Christian Academy's Undefeated Season over After 13 Games

After flying high against Varsity Opponent last Tuesday, Heritage Classical Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Hawks fell 3-1 to Varsity Opponent on Tuesday. The Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Varsity Opponent earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

While Heritage Classical Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they really made Varsity Opponent work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-19, 21-25, 25-17.

Having lost for the first time this season, Heritage Classical Christian Academy fell to 12-1.

Looking ahead, Heritage Classical Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on Chesterton Academy of St. Louis at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Varsity Opponent has already played their next contest (against Cookson Hills Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
