Basketball Recap: Merrill Makes It Six in a Row at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sacred Heart Academy, Merrill was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They skirted past the Breckenridge Huskies 45-43. The win continues a trend for the Vandals in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now won three in a row.

Merrill's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. As for Breckenridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

As for Breckenridge, they will host Morrice at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Breckenridge is facing Morrice at the right time seeing as Morrice is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
