Softball Recap: Porterville Comes Up Short

Porterville lost against Golden West back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers fell just short of the Trailblazers by a score of 4-3. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Porterville's loss dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Golden West, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 14-9-1.

Looking ahead, Porterville will be playing at home against El Diamante at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Golden West, they will face off against Redwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rangers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Trailblazers surely won't give up without a fight.
