Walther Christian Academy has gone a perfect 6-0 against Northtown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Broncos will face off against the Pumas at 6:00 p.m. The game will give Walther Christian Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season.

On Wednesday, Walther Christian Academy came up short against Timothy Christian and fell 2-0. The loss continues a trend for the Broncos in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost five in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Northtown waltzed into their match on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Gladiators by a score of 2-0.

Northtown easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-18.

Northtown pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Walther Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Walther Christian Academy beat Northtown 2-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Will the Broncos repeat their success, or do the Pumas have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
