Soccer Game Preview: Lakeland Preparatory vs. Bolton

The Lions' defense stepped up to hand St. Benedict at Auburndale a 3-0 shutout. Lakeland Preparatory's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

They hit St. Benedict at Auburndale with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alaina Mabon, Ann Sophie Grandchamp, and Sophia Pater.

Bolton had taken Raleigh-Egypt down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Wildcats lost 9-0 to the Pharaohs.

Lakeland Preparatory's win bumped their record up to 13-4-2. As for Bolton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.
