Soccer Recap: Centreville Comes Up Short

Centreville lost against Falls Church back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 3-2. The loss leaves Centreville still looking for their first win of the season.

Centreville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Falls Church, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Centreville will head out to face off against Lake Braddock at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Falls Church, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lewis at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Lewis' last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
