Windsor Academy extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-4. The match between the Knights and the Trinity Christian Crusaders didn't end well, with the Knights falling 50-35. On the bright side, the 35- point effort marked the Knights' highest-scoring contest to date.

Windsor Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dawson Sims, who threw for 273 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 47 yards and one TD. Santiago Medina was Sims' top target, picking up 146 receiving yards and three scores, while also rushing for 30 yards.

As for Trinity Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.0 points on average over those games.

Jakob Sahli was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 100 yards and one TD, and also threw for 114 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. Those 100 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Windsor Academy will face off against Briarwood Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity Christian, they will square off against Thomas Jefferson Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Crusaders will be up against the Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
