Baseball Recap: Sam Houston Comes Up Short

Sam Houston lost against Arlington last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Sam Houston came up short against Arlington, falling 11-1. The Texans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sam Houston's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Arlington, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sam Houston will square off against North Crowley at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sam Houston is facing North Crowley at the right time seeing as North Crowley is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Arlington, they will challenge Bowie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
