Volleyball Recap: Chatfield Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chatfield can now relate to. They came up short against the Legacy Lightning on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lightning apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.

Chatfield has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season. As for Legacy, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-3.

Coincidentally, Chatfield and Legacy will both be playing Dakota Ridge the next time they take the court. The Chargers will head out to face the Eagles at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Lightning will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
