Basketball Recap: LEAD Academy Takes a Loss

LEAD Academy was the 44-21 winner over King's Academy when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The LEAD Academy Lions had to suffer through a 68-25 loss at the hands of the King's Academy Knights. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

LEAD Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for King's Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-12.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Full Armor Christian Academy the next time they take the court. King's Academy will head out to face Full Armor Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while LEAD Academy will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st.
