Huffman is 9-1 against Parker since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the Thundering Herd at 7:30 p.m. Huffman is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.9 points per game this season.

While Huffman's victory against Bessemer City wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings skirted past the Tigers 57-55. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Vikings' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 64th, while the Tigers are ranked 227th).

Huffman found their leader in sophomore Amarius Robinson, who shot 67% from the field to rack up 21 points. Antonio Hill was another key player, going 5-for-9 en route to 11 points.

Meanwhile, Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch last Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 44-29 bruising from Ramsay.

Huffman's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Parker, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.

Everything went Huffman's way against Parker in their previous matchup last Monday, as Huffman made off with a 70-45 victory. In that matchup, the Vikings amassed a halftime lead of 37-16, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
