Basketball Recap: Natrona County Comes Up Short

Natrona County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 64-51 to the Sheridan Broncs. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Broncs from their previous meeting back in February.

Natrona County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sheridan, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Natrona County is taking a road trip to square off against Thunder Basin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sheridan and Kelly Walsh will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sheridan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Kelly Walsh likes a good challenge.
