Football Game Recap: Salem Hills vs. Payson

Payson were out to avenge their 13-58 loss to Salem Hills from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Payson found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 16-44 punch to the gut against Salem Hills on Friday.

The loss dropped Payson back to even at 4-4. The victory bumped Salem Hills' record up to 3-4.

Next week Payson take on Orem at 7:00 PM. Orem have averaged 51.8 points over the course of their past four games, so Payson might be in for a challenge. As for Salem Hills, they will face off against Mountain View. Unlike Salem Hills, Mountain View will be limping in after taking a loss.
