Volleyball Recap: Victoria Extends Winning Streak to Three

Victoria had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Plainville Cardinals by a score of 2-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win back in September.

Victoria can attribute much of their success to Lyla Rodger, who had 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave Rodger a new career-high.

Victoria's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Plainville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.

Victoria wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Quinter on the 4th. As for Plainville, they will venture away from home to challenge Trego at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
