East Clarendon waltzed into their game on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Everything went their way against Woodland as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The result was nothing new for East Clarendon, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Dawson Beard was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Wes Springs was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

East Clarendon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .560. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Woodland only posted an OBP of .000.

East Clarendon pushed their record up to 21-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Woodland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-14.
