Football Recap: Halls Comes Up Short + How To Watch

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Halls and Gibbs meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Red Devils fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 24-21. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 28-22 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Halls' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gibbs, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Halls will venture away from home to take on Powell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Red Devils' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Gibbs, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Alcoa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
