Softball Game Preview: Dutch Fork Silver Foxes vs. Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles

The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes will head out to take on the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Dutch Fork saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of South Aiken by a score of 8-7. The Silver Foxes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Gray Collegiate Academy put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against Union County as Gray Collegiate Academy made off with a 10-1 win. Fans of the War Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Dutch Fork's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Gray Collegiate Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Dutch Fork suffered a grim 11-0 defeat to Gray Collegiate Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Dutch Fork avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
