Wallace-Rose Hill gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 59-57 win over the Clinton Dark Horses. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Dark Horses recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Perhaps the best among them was Anyahs Butler, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 17 points along with five boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of James Sinclair, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.
Clinton dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
