Basketball Recap: Patriot Prep Academy Comes Up Short

If Patriot Prep Academy was feeling good fresh off their 57-20 takedown of Cristo Rey last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Patriot Prep Academy Eagles fell 68-59 to the Danville Blue Devils on Monday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (57), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Patriot Prep Academy now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Danville, with the win, they broke their 19-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-18.

Patriot Prep Academy will square off against Berne Union at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Patriot Prep Academy is facing Berne Union at the right time seeing as Berne Union is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Danville, they will face off against Smithville at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
