Basketball Recap: Pierre T.F. Riggs Takes a Loss

Pierre T.F. Riggs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 79-64 to the Bismarck Demons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Governors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 79-64 last Sunday.

Pierre T.F. Riggs' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Bismarck, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pierre T.F. Riggs will challenge Washington at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Washington will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Pierre T.F. Riggs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bismarck, they will take on St. Mary's Central at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
