Baseball Recap: Saint Viator Has No Trouble Against Freeport

There's no place like home for Saint Viator, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 9-5 win over the Freeport Pretzels on Tuesday. That looming 9-5 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lions yet this season.

Jacob Oberwise spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on ten hits.

At the plate, Jonathan Tschanz was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those doubles were his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brock Harer, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
