Volleyball Recap: Massac County Extends Winning Streak to Four

Massac County came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Woodlawn Cardinals by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2019.

Kinley Logeman paced Massac County's offense, picking up ten kills. Logeman got some help from Hannah Edwards and her 20 assists.

Massac County's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Woodlawn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Massac County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Benton on the 13th. As for Woodlawn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Salem on the 13th.
