Soccer Recap: McDonald County Takes a Loss

McDonald County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Logan-Rogersville Wildcats, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, McDonald County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 226th, while Logan-Rogersville are ranked 101st).

McDonald County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Logan-Rogersville, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McDonald County will host Parkview at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Logan-Rogersville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marshfield at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
