Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Bayside). They walked away with  an   84-72  victory over the Heritage Panthers  on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Bears sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
 Bayside's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Omar Clarke, who  went 11 of 20  on his way to 26 points along with six  boards and five  assists. Those 26  points gave  Clarke a new career-high.  Elijah Gillis was another key player,  going 9 for 19  en route to 25 points.
  Malik Brown and  John White certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss.  Brown  almost  dropped  a double-double on 15  points and nine  rebounds, while  White  went 5 of 9  on his way to 13 points and five  assists. Another player making a difference was  ORyan Woolstan, who  dropped  a double-double on 11  points and 11  boards.
Bayside is  on a roll lately: they've  won 12 of their last 13 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record  this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Heritage, they dropped their record down to 3-19 with the  defeat, which was their ninth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Bayside has  already played their next  matchup (against Melbourne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Heritage has already played their next game,  a  75-55  loss against Westwood on the 3rd.
