Football Recap: West St. Mary Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West St. Mary can now relate to. They fell 6-0 to the South Plaquemines Hurricanes on Friday. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Wolfpack were not able to get on the board.

West St. Mary has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-4 record this season. As for South Plaquemines, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

West St. Mary does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Plaquemines, they will face off against North Iberville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
