It's playoff time, and Indianapolis Shortridge had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Herron Achaeans 60-39 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Blue Devils who have now won five matchups in a row.

Indianapolis Shortridge is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Herron, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-9.

Indianapolis Shortridge will face off against Purdue Poly Englewood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Purdue Poly Englewood knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Indianapolis Shortridge likes a good challenge. Herron does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
