Plainview had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They slipped by the Lubbock Westerners 47-46. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Westerners back in January, they had to take a 49-48 loss.

Plainview's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-12. As for Lubbock, they moved to 15-18 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Plainview will take on Wylie at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Wylie will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Plainview surely won't give up without a fight. Lubbock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
