Football Recap: Boulder Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Boulder Creek came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Centennial Coyotes and fell 49-17. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Coyotes recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Although Boulder Creek took the loss, they still got scores from Joey Longo and Colt Eikleberry.

Boulder Creek didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ethan Raber and Torin Hamilton.

It was another big night for Owen Reynoso, who rushed for 103 yards and three TDs on only 11 carries for Centennial. Another player making a difference was Titus Hill, who threw for 136 yards and three touchdowns.

Boulder Creek's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-6. As for Centennial, their record is now 6-3.

Boulder Creek wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 55-13 loss against Liberty on the 7th. As for Centennial, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 31-13 win against Higley on the 7th.
