Los Gatos waltzed into their match on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They came out on top against the James Logan Colts by a score of 6-3.

Nicholas Olcott and Gavin Seiler dominated on the mound. Olcott pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits, while Seiler didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave Olcott a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

At the plate, Julian McMahon and Rowen Smith did most of the damage at the plate: McMahon went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, while Smith went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI. Lucas Carlisle was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Los Gatos pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for James Logan, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Los Gatos will venture away from home to square off against Milpitas at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wildcats are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a 15-game losing streak. As for James Logan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mission San Jose at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.9 runs per game on average), something the Colts will no doubt try to take advantage of.
