Softball Recap: Medway Takes a Loss

Medway lost against Nipmuc Regional back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs lost 13-5 to the Warriors. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bryanna Frauton and Gracie Delucia stepped up to the plate in a big way. Frauton scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Delucia went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run. Frauton also put up an RBI, which was her first of the season.

Medway's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Nipmuc Regional, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Medway will welcome Millis at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Nipmuc Regional, they will take on Whitinsville Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
