Crofton's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They skirted past the Ponca Indians 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since September 13th.

Jaisie Janssen paced Crofton's offense, picking up 22 kills. Janssen got some help from Tylee Cooper and her 17 assists. Cooper was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Despite the loss, Ponca still got an impressive performance from Oliva Taylor, who had 13 digs and two assists. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Crofton's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Ponca, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-17.

Coming up, Crofton will square off against Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Warriors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Ponca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
