Dalton had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders by a score of 2-0. The Catamounts have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Raiders, too.

Georgia Sanders paced Dalton's offense, picking up nine kills. Sanders got some help from Anjalee Lemons and her 19 assists. Karyme Smithey controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Dalton's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Southeast Whitfield County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
