Soccer Recap: St. David's Comes Up Short

St. David managed to slip by Wake Christian Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors lost 5-1 to the Bulldogs on Tuesday. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for St. David's it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Axel Regnard-Darnat, which was the first he's scored this season.

St. David's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Wake Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

St. David's has already played their next match, a 6-5 defeat against Cary Christian on the 18th. As for Wake Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Trinity Academy on the 18th.
