Soccer Recap: Johns Creek Comes Up Short

Johns Creek lost against Hillgrove back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Johns Creek Gladiators came up short against the Hillgrove Hawks, falling 3-0.

Johns Creek has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season. The win was the fifth in a row for Hillgrove, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Johns Creek is on the road again on Saturday to play Dunwoody at 10:40 a.m. As for Hillgrove, they will square off against Marietta at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillgrove is facing Marietta at the right time seeing as Marietta is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
