West Valley has gone a perfect 9-0 against Rogers recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Pirates at 4:00 p.m. West Valley's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

West Valley and East Valley faced off in a cross-town battle last Thursday. The Eagles fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that West Valley have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch last Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-0 to East Valley. While losing is never fun, Rogers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while East Valley are ranked 73rd).

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for West Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 7-2.

West Valley took their victory against Rogers in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 4-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
