Football Recap: Morris Catholic Comes Up Short at Home Against Bogota

Morris Catholic unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 14-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bogota Buccaneers on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morris Catholic is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Gloucester Catholic at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th. As for Bogota, they will venture away from home to take on Saddle Brook at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th.
