Wyatt Kimmel was dynamite on Monday, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off ten hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with more than seven strikeouts. On the season, he has been strong no matter where he plays. On the mound, he has an ERA of 1.71 over 32.7 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat he has slashed 0.556/0.676/0.815 with 11 runs and just as many RBI.

Looking ahead, Kimmel and Milton-Union will head out on the road to take on Northridge at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are 8-2 against the Polar Bears going back to March of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
