Basketball Game Preview: Deary Mustangs vs. Prairie Pirates

The Deary Mustangs and the Prairie Pirates will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

On Saturday, Deary lost to Clearwater Valley on the road by a 49-32 margin.

Meanwhile, Prairie gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past Clearwater Valley 68-35. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Pirates as it put an end to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Deary's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Prairie, their victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-0.
